“I participated in the XL Sports program for three winters before track season started, and I'd have to say, it was one of the best choices Inver made in my running career. XL Sports helped me become an 8 time 1Ahigh school state champion by teaching me discipline, hard work, mental readiness, and of course, physical training. XL Sports is great to add to anyone's training because it targets every area athletes need that they normally don't get in every day training. XL also makes training fun and competitive. If I would not have gotten involved with the program, I would not be the athlete I am today. I have committed to run at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln on a track and field scholarship. I am excited to continue my running career at UNL.”

The coaches not only give us a good workout, but they talk to us about being a part of a team, concentrating on the task at hand, how to set goals and many other aspects of being a well rounded athlete and leader in any sport. I have made some great friends while in the program. It is an awesome group to be a part of. I always looked forward to going to XL because it is just a great place to have a good workout but also to relax, have fun and laugh.”

“Going into my first season of college basketball, I was looking for something to give me the edge. I was already doing the assigned workouts my college gave me, but I felt that XL could give me the edge I was looking for by improving my athleticism further. I was right.
