“I participated in the XL Sports program for
three winters before track season started, and I'd have to say,
it was one of the best choices Inver made in my running career.
XL Sports helped me become an 8 time 1Ahigh school state champion
by teaching me discipline, hard work, mental readiness, and of
course, physical training. XL Sports is great to add to anyone's
training because it targets every area athletes need that they
normally don't get in every day training. XL also makes training
fun and competitive. If I would not have gotten involved with
the program, I would not be the athlete I am today. I have committed
to run at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln on a track and field
scholarship. I am excited to continue my running career at UNL.”

“I have been a part of the XL Sports Program
for the past three winter sessions and I have loved every minute
of it. XL has not only helped me get in shape and get a good base
for the indoor track season, but it has helped me become mentally
stronger and a better person. The XL coaches and UNI students
who help out are really great people. They are always in a fun
and positive mood and are always willing to step in and help whenever
needed. The coaches not only give us a good workout, but they
talk to us about being a part of a team, concentrating on the
task at hand, how to set goals and many other aspects of being
a well rounded athlete and leader in any sport. I have made some
great friends while in the program. It is an awesome group to
be a part of. I always looked forward to going to XL because it
is just a great place to have a good workout but also to relax,
have fun and laugh.”

“One of my passions in life is competing in
physical sports. The most recent adventure was this year at the
Senior Olympics in Colorado. My entries were track and field and
weight lifting. To assist me in reaching that next “winning
edge” level, I chose the XL Sports Acceleration program.
In all of my years of physical training, the XL Sports Acceleration
Program has been one of the most beneficial coaching I have experienced.
The trainers gave me the encouragement I needed. They kept just
the right amount of pressure on me to continually increase my
performance. Because of the support I felt from the trainers it
motivated me to show up and train hard. For me, this is one of
the greatest keys to maintaining good health in my mind and emotions.
Throughout this unique training I have developed a great admiration
for the program and its trainers. I would highly recommend the
XL Sports Acceleration Program for anyone who has the desire to
attain their highest and best health potential.”

“Going into my first season of college basketball,
I was looking for something to give me the edge. I was already
doing the assigned workouts my college gave me, but I felt that
XL could give me the edge I was looking for by improving my athleticism
further. I was right. From day one the experienced coaches at
XL pushed me and more importantly taught me to push myself. Along
with improving my athleticism, XL made me mentally tougher. I
learned to fight through fatigue and pain with the constant support
of the coaches. As the weeks went by, I was in better physical
shape, but my mental approach allowed me to push my self much
farther past what I could formerly achieve. Overall the XL program
is worth it because of the excellent workout program, the great
coaches who help you through it, and the fun you have with your
XL teammates and seeing yourself improve.”

“I attended Tripoli High School. I participated
in football, wrestling, track and baseball. I attended XL for
each of the last three summers to prepare for football season.
XL greatly helped me with my speed, agility and just my overall
athletic ability. It not only helped me physically but it provided
me with insight about proper training. XL is very challenging
but the coaches do a terrific job of keeping training fun, competitive
and explaining why we are doing what we are doing. I plan to play
football at Simpson College. I would definitely recommend XL to
any athlete.”

“I am a senior at New Hampton High School.
I participated in football, basketball, track and baseball. I
have been in XL for the last two summers. XL has helped me as
an athlete in so many different ways. It has helped to condition
me over the summer so I am in top shape by the time my football
season starts. It has helped to improve my flat out speed in the
forty tremendously. Along with sprint speed XL has improved my
agility. XL training has pushed me to my limits everyday I have
trained there. The staff is very flexible. I trained three times
a week with XL while in baseball and summer weight lifting. The
training has helped me not just in one of the sports I participate
in but in all of them. If you are a person that wants to improve
your speed, power and agility and is willing to work at it, XL
is for you!”

“I recently graduated from Denver High School
and will be attending NIACC this fall where I will be playing
football. Throughout high school I played football, wrestled,
ran Track for one year and played soccer for three years. XL has
greatly improved my speed as well as increased my agility, conditioning
and lower body strength. I recommend this program to anyone who
wants to improve their athletic ability. My only regret is that
I didn’t know about the XL program a few years earlier to
take advantage of the program.”
